Kotoistus - Compose File

It was necessary to add a new customized Compose file for Finnish, in
order to meet all the requirements of the layout.

The new file is here: fi_FI_UTF-8_Compose
It is located at /usr/share/X11/locale/fi_FI.UTF-8/Compose (the location might vary
depending on the system).
(Make sure that the file name is listed in the compose.dir file
[/usr/share/X11/locale/compose.dir]. If it's not there, make the modifications to the
following file: /usr/share/X11/locale/en_US.UTF-8/Compose.)

Just the changes are listed here.

Other changes are being considered.
E.g. adding a MINUS character etc.
